Delete your Histoply account

This page lets you request the permanent deletion of your Histoply account and all the personal data associated with it, in accordance with your right to erasure under the GDPR (Article 17).

1. What will be deleted

Account deletion is an irreversible operation. Once your request is confirmed, the following items will be permanently erased from our servers and cannot be restored under any circumstances:

If you simply want to take a break, please note that you do not need to delete your account: you can just sign out of the application and come back later without losing any data.

2. How the process works

For security reasons and to prevent any accidental or malicious deletion, requests are validated through email verification (the so-called magic link flow):

1. Enter the email address associated with your Histoply account below.
2. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing a unique, secure confirmation link.
3. Clicking that link will permanently confirm the deletion of your account.

3. Erasure timeline

Once your request is confirmed, your personal data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within a maximum of 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it (in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
